Post-split, Lindsay Lohan hits the clubs
And now more in the continuing saga of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson. The two broke up April 3, and since then, Ronson has changed her locks, her mom and sister have inquired about a restraining order against Lohan and LiLo has poured her heart out to Us Magazine.
Now, Lohan is resorting to common post-breakup behavior by changing her hair and getting a new tattoo. How else is she coping? According to Usmagazine.com, she's hitting the clubs -- three of them in one night, to be exact.
LiLo started Thursday night at Chateau Marmont, where she was barred from a Ronson family party last week. From there, she headed to Teddy's and finally to Bar Deluxe, a favorite Ronson hangout.
No word on whether the rehabbed star was seen drinking or engaging in any of her other past activities. But that hasn't stopped even fellow celebs from talking. Earlier this week, Stevie Nicks had a strong reaction to the rumor that Lohan wants to buy the rights to her life story. "Over my dead body," Nicks told the New York Times. "She needs to stop doing drugs and get a grip. Then maybe we'll talk." Nicks has been drug-free for 15 years, after 20 years of cocaine, alcohol and prescription drug addiction.
Stevie Wonder on 'Makeover
Motown's own Stevie Wonder will appear on Sunday's episode of "Extreme Home Makeover" (8 p.m., WXYZ-TV, Channel 7, ABC). The 22-time Grammy winner will perform a private concert for the Kadzis family of Tallahassee, Fla.
Billy Bob Phoenix?
Billy Bob Thornton made headlines earlier this week when his behavior during a Canadian radio interview drew comparisons to Joaquin Phoenix's February interview with David Letterman. Thornton, who was in Canada to promote an upcoming appearance by his band, the Boxmasters, apparently was irritated with the radio host for bringing up his acting career. After the interview, he refused to perform with the band in the studio.
When the Boxmasters opened for Willie Nelson on Thursday in Toronto, Thornton's attempt to explain himself to the audience was met with jeers of "Here comes the gravy," MTV.com reports. Nelson fans apparently didn't appreciate the way Thornton described Canadian audiences in the interview "mashed potatoes with no gravy."
