Wesley Trent Snipes, an American actor, was sent to jail for not submitting tax returns 1999 to 2001 and failed to pay fines to the government $12 million. He lost his appeal to serve in prison.
Wesley argued in his appeal that the verdict was unreasonable and he should have been considered for probation.
